Customer Support Specialist
- Provide excellent customer service to online trading and forex system users.
- Answer inquiries about products and services, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Familiar with the functions, features, advantages, etc. of the software products, able to conduct pre-sales consultation and demonstration, answer customer’s related questions;
- Skilled in providing technical support for the software products, such as installation, configuration, operation, upgrade, maintenance, etc., able to solve various problems encountered by customers in the use process;
- Able to produce training videos, instruction manuals, etc., to help customers master the use methods and skills of the software;
- Able to understand customer’s business needs and use scenarios, analyze and submit product BUGs, product requirements to the development department, contribute value to product improvement and development;
- Able to participate in software product testing work, provide modification suggestions and improvement recommendations, write internal technical documents and user manuals, etc.;
Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the online trading or forex industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Have good communication skills, service awareness, team spirit and sense of responsibility;
- Have bilingual ability in Chinese and English is preferred;
Shift Work Requirements:
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to adapt to irregular work hours.
- Ability to maintain a good work state and efficiency during shift work.
